ABOUT
Veganizta is a combination between “Vegan” and the suffix “izta”. Vegan means 100% non-animal using and -izta is used to describe someone who is a strong supporter of another. This punchline reminds us of the word FASHIONISTA, which means trendy and styling. The name Veganizta embodies the value that our restaurant wants to aim for: creating a place serving vegan dishes with signature South East Asia flavors. This will be a wonderful destination for food lovers.

Review
Veganizta has a very romantic location, which shows us the wonderful view of Semicircle Lake Park in Phu My Hung area. The two-floor restaurant is quite spacious and fashionista with modern interior design and a wide range of soft colour palettes; the salmon pink creates a catchy highlight in such tropical décor theme. We were also impressed by a wine shelf on top of the bar, adding an elegant touch to the dining area. We like how responsive the staff was and how quickly the food was delivered. In terms of food, the crunchy salad presenting a variety of nutritional ingredients was delicious; especially the pumpkin paste made the whole taste complete. The golden silken tofu was crunchy as expected with unconventional shredded floss on the top and quite matchy with tender creamy chilli mayo. The signature dish - Veganizta spaghetti was well-presented with beautiful pink colour and interesting taste from the beetroot. However, we felt that it lacked some flavourful seasoning to foster the perfect harmony with the creamy texture.

Which elements impress us?
We were impressed by the river-view location and modern space design of Veganizta. The quick response from staff and food delivery created an excellent dining experience. We love the varied menu that consists of a wide range of Western and Asian cuisine.
Which elements could be improved?
In our opinion, the spaghetti dish could be better with a more flavourful touch of seasoning in the creamy sauces. Other than that, everything is quite delightful.
