Review
Located on level 2 (B2) in the famous department store Takashimaya, TWG Tea Vietnam has a stunning view of district 1. We were instantly impressed by the sophisticated interior style focused on luxury and elegance. The cosy space is decorated with dark brown furniture and outstanding gold-plated items. Significantly, the huge shelf behind the counter beautifully presents a wide range of different premium tea boxes from around the world. The staff was friendly and professional, giving us advice on the tea selection. We order a tea set, including red jasmine tea, scones, crème brûlée and mini desserts. The tea was a delight in jasmine flavour and perfectly fit with the serving of sweets. The scone was crispy on the edges and tender in the middle, accompanied by butter and jams. The crème brûlée was not as good as we expected. We liked the coconut banana choco cake – a good combination of creamy layer outside and fluffy texture filling. We love the lavish interior design and the elegant tableware. The diverse tea menu consists of all the flavours you can imagine and any type for any time of the day. This is a perfect place for tea lovers who appreciate luxury's high quality and beauty.

Which elements could be improved?
The pain Suisse could be better if they adjusted the filling to be less sweet and added more chocolate chips to enhance the chocolate flavour.
