Sol Kitchen and Bar resembles a hidden mini Santorini in the middle of the hustle Saigon. The breathtaking setting of the Mediterranean vibe and its exotic green decoration instantly catch our attention. The dimed light effect matches the cosy ambience while the bamboo and rattan chandeliers create a distinctive highlight on the classy theme of white. The staff has their own very cute dress code, showing a professional and attentive attitude towards us for the whole evening. We ordered guacamole, mushroom quesadilla, and roasted pumpkin. The guacamole was smooth and delicious, perfectly served with crunchy, salted homemade corn chips. The mushroom quesadilla delivered a delectable flavour – a crunchy corn tortilla filled with sautéed wild mushrooms and melted cheese. The roasted pumpkin was tasty – a good balance of different textures from savoury golden pumpkins, crunchy croutons, and soft creamy cheese.

We adore the concept design that gives us the feeling of having a cosy dinner in a little Santorini of Saigon. The menu is mainly inspired by the flavours of Latin America, reflecting the chef's passion and creative process behind those innovative dishes.
