Inspired by the restaurant “La Pointe Des Blagueurs”, then the café “Jokers’ Point”, built in the same place at Bach Dang harbor – a popular destination of Saigon during the country’s tumultuous 1950s, after nearly 7 decades, ROS was established and revivified in 2019. Building on the history of the area while sewing ourselves into the fabric of future gives us the opportunity to become a gatekeeper to the city – a key player in Saigon’s food and drink scene. ROS is a day-to-night, Pan-Asian restaurant with nautical vibes and a hint of Cote d’Azur style. More than just an exquisite meal with a panoramic riverfront view, dining experience at ROS meant to engage all of the senses by offering a chance to savor an innovative Pan-Asian cuisine, sip on a range of exotic cocktails, and immerse yourself in the serenity of Saigon river. Regardless of the time you visit, from the morning well through the late night, ROS with its breathtaking view will calm your mind and give you a sense of relaxation and renewal.

Located right in the city centre and next to Bach Dang Riverbank, Ros Yacht Club offers a luxurious dining experience with a breathtaking view of Saigon in the nighttime. The restaurant has two dining area options – an outdoor venue showing a beautiful view of Landmark 81 and Thu Thiem tunnel and an indoor space with elegant interior design. The staff was very professional and attentive to whatever we needed; they also surprised us with a little birthday cake for Vivianne. We order three different dishes from the vegetarian menu, including green salad, crispy tofu and truffle mushroom Kamameshi. The salad dish was okay; we expected to see a better version of it with more diverse ingredients and well-seasoned sauce. The tofu dish was delicious; the crispy sweet potato and creamy cauliflower sauce added interesting elements to it. Finally, the truffle rice dish was very delectable, rich and creamy; we loved the strong flavour of truffle mushrooms that made it the most luscious dish among them all.
Assorted salad - carrots, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, etc.
Crispy tofu, cauliflower sauce and fried sweet potatoes
Truffle mushroom Kamameshi, black truffle paste, sushi rice
Cute little cake (Vivianne's birthday)
We like the restaurant location, which has an incredible river view and captures the full glamour of the Landmark 81 building. The staff is very well-trained and attentive to our needs, giving us a wonderful dining experience on a special birthday occasion.
We think the salad dish could be better with more innovative ingredients.
