CTY kitchen and bar is located on the ground floor of the Centec building in the busy Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street. We instantly felt the modern vibe and cozy atmosphere thanks to its unique lighting scheme wrapped in a design of urban industrialism. The restaurant has spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas decorated with artistic walls and lush greenery. Especially, the bar becomes the central attention where all kinds of cool alcohol are displayed. The staff was attentive and professional. As for food, we order two dishes – falafel & toum and mushroom garlic risotto. The falafels had a perfect crunchy texture and golden brown colour on the outside, served with toum sauce. The sauce was quite plain, and it might lack garlic flavour. The mushroom garlic risotto was deliciously outstanding; the savoury taste from sauteed mixed mushrooms was in harmony with lightly creamy risotto and the crispness of puffed rice. We finished our dinner with an apple cheesecake dessert. The cake was creamy and ultra-smooth with a delicate touch of caramelized apples.

Which elements impress us?
We loved the central bar and the spacious outdoor dining area with an open roof and green decoration. The menu is a perfect choice for Western food lovers. The drink menu presents various interesting combinations, making the place ideal for casual hangouts with your colleagues.
Which elements could be improved?
We think the toum sauce could be enhanced with more garlic and salt. We were happy with the rest.
